Tammy Hammond

Tammy Hammond joined BIP Capital in 2026 as Head of AI. She leads the firm’s AI strategy — shaping how BIP Capital operates internally, accelerating value creation across portfolio companies, and driving how the firm leverages AI to unlock new investment strategies.

Tammy is a career product and technology leader who has operated across enterprise, startup, and high-growth environments. For more than two decades, she has focused on scaling SaaS companies — defining and executing growth strategies, expanding single-product companies into multi-product platforms through organic development and M&A, entering new market segments, and leading post-acquisition integration.

Most recently, as Chief Product Officer of Bloomerang, she led the transformation from a standalone nonprofit CRM into a unified platform spanning CRM, marketing automation, fundraising, volunteer management, and embedded payments.  She previously served as Chief Product & Strategy Officer at ClickDimensions and SVP of Global Product Management & Product Marketing at PGi.  

Tammy earned a BBA in Management Information Systems, Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia. She is a Stevie Award winner for Female Executive of the Year.
