The digital health industry has a projected 9% global CAGR (compound annual growth rate) through 2028. (Statista) That tremendous progress is proof of what we know: digital health is transforming how – and how well – we live. With its inaugural 2024 World's Best Digital Health Companies ranking, Newsweek is spotlighting the companies shaping this industry. The list is a robust, well-organized reference guide to the best providers across categories including medical device providers, EHR services, and data management platforms.

We're thrilled to see three BIP Ventures portfolio companies on this prestigious list:
  • Acclivity Health: Acclivity has designed a platform to securely connect all members of a care community, including physician practices, ACOs, hospice and palliative care organizations, payers, and caregivers to deliver the right care in the right place at the right time.
  • OpenLoop: OpenLoop is a digital health hiring marketplace that connects certified clinicians with locum tenens and telehealth opportunities.
  • Sentry Health (Now part of First Stop Health): First Stop Health is a care navigation company that combines data, technology, and an experienced care team to match members with the best care for them.

The inaugural ranking of the World's Best Digital Health Companies is a joint production between Newsweek and Statista. The list includes 400 companies from 35 countries that are transforming health care. These companies span diagnostics, health records, medical management, and telehealth. The list ranks companies based on financial performance, website and app traffic, product or service impact, and leadership expertise.
