Paraj Mathur
Paraj Mathur joined BIP Ventures in 2020. He brings close to 10 years of experience and knowledge about early-stage investing to his role as a Vice President on the Investment Team.
Before joining BIP Ventures, Paraj was an early-stage investor at Candela Partners, investing in AR/VR and digital media and entertainment startups, and at Ulysses Diversified Holdings, where he invested in sports, media, and entertainment startups. Paraj helped a major sports league portfolio company launch a celebrity athlete esports league and grow it to 1.2 million viewers on Twitch. He is a former competitive esports athlete and streamer, and host of Twitch’s first livestream interactive game show.
Paraj earned a B.S. in Business and Computer Science from Franklin & Marshall College. He writes about startups and venture capital on the BIP Ventures blog and at parajmathur.com.
